Delivery Service Contract — Customer Agreement
- Delivery servicesThe customer may request courier, freight, scheduled-route and direct-delivery services. Each order remains subject to route, vehicle and driver availability.
- 10% contract discountFor the duration of this contract, the customer receives 10% off every future order placed with Megha Freight Forwards. The discount is not limited to the first order.
- Quotes and confirmationShipment details, timing, vehicle fit and the final discounted price are confirmed before dispatch. An online estimate is not a dispatch confirmation.
- Customer informationThe customer agrees to provide accurate pickup, delivery, shipment, access and handling details for each order.
- PaymentPayment instructions are provided with the confirmed order. E-transfer payments are sent to info@meghafreightforwards.ca.
- Contract durationThis agreement starts when the signed form is accepted by Megha Freight Forwards. The 10% discount applies to all future orders for the duration of the contract. Any end date or cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing by both parties.
